Video duration: 210 seconds This is my first video, making an espresso Macchiato with my Rancilio Silvia. Unfortunately I managed to stand in front of the camera while frothing the milk! The beans used to make the espresso are from Campos, in Sydney. The crema was nice and dark with lots of mottling - unfortunately the camera doesn't show that too well! |
